Heads up! A New Request for Proposals from will be released in January
As the new year approaches, there is much to be excited about – including an incoming request for proposals for operational and implementation research on neglected tropical diseases! In early January, the COR-NTD Secretariat will issue a call for research, to be supported by UK aid from the British people through DFID, on the following topics:
The psychosocial impact of NTDs and associated stigma
Innovative solutions to address barriers that prevent special populations from accessing NTD prevention and treatment
Overcoming barriers to the introduction of post-exposure prophylaxis for leprosy
Visceral Leishmaniasis in East Africa – innovative strategies to improve screening and treatment
The deadline for proposals will be January 31, so interested researchers should be ready for a quick turnaround once the call is officially issued.
