A behavioural ecologist with 15 years of experience working in chemical ecology. Extensive field work in Brazil developing and testing pheromone based tools for control of leishmaniasis. Trained in electrophysiological techniques (electroantennograms, single sensillum recording) during a Marie Curie Fellowship undertaken at the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences (SLU). The fellowship explored the chemical ecology of biting midge disease vectors. At NRI Dr Bray has led projects on Aedes aegypti oviposition and chemical ecology of red poultry mite. Experience of working with insect, mammalian and marine systems.
