Dr Cesar Ugarte-Gil

Trained in Peru, UK and the US, Cesar is a physician and epidemiologist working in infectious diseases with a focus on Tuberculosis, HIV and Tropical Diseases.

He has a special interest in clinical research, diagnostic trials, systematic reviews/meta-analysis and randomized controlled trials. Other interests are medical training, ethical issues and human rights and health.
